The ONLY complaint I have about this jump rope and Renpho, in general, is the bag that you all send for the rope to me stored in, when not in use...It's really flimsy and falls apart, rather fast. I wish the bag was a bit more sturdy...
But that doesn't warrant me giving you less than 5 stars...
These ropes are RUGGED (to be as small and thin as they are). They're made out of great material. The turning is smooth. Whatever mechanism there is, inside, makes it super responsive to the count and the Bluetooth connection is apparently very strong because when I'm jumping, it captures my jumps VERY accurately...I've never missed a jump, never felt like it wasn't capturing my data accurately.
You all have improved the app; streamlined and even integrated it with the smart weight scale...And I don't know how much my wife paid for the scale, but I can't imagine it being too much because she's very frugal and if the price was IN ANY WAY out of pocket, it wouldn't be in our home...
Don't take this as a suggestion to raise your prices (this is NOT a suggestion to raise your prices)....Ummmm, please DO NOT RAISE YOUR PRICES �, but I would expect to pay a bit more money for products like these that do so much...Which is another reason I'm giving Renpho 5 stars. You all make and offer a great product and services for great prices and don't try to gouge people or restrict great service offerings with stupid subscriptions (please do NOT Starr doing that either because I promise you will see a drastic decline in your customer, me included). Just keep this great product, great...I promise you'll stay gaining new customers and retaining existing ones...Keep up the good work, Renpho... � You got a customer in me...You got a customer in ME...�
